Restorative Family Mediation TM
Values-Driven Conflict Resolution for Couples and Families

Respect, Responsibility, Relationships.
These principles guide every step of my work. They serve as the foundation for a process designed to help couples and families navigate conflict with care, clarity, and intention.
Through restorative circles, I support families in finding common ground, addressing difficult issues with honesty, and focusing on strengths rather than blame. The work unfolds at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable, allowing space for understanding, accountability, and meaningful change.
How the Process Works
We begin by creating space for you to share your story, your goals, and the concerns that brought you here.
I then introduce the principles and structure of Restorative Family Mediation, explaining how the process works and what it can offer your family. Together, we assess whether this approach aligns with your needs and values, so you can make an informed and confident decision about moving forward.

together or 1-on-1, to

Reaching an Agreement & Next Steps
Once decisions are reached in mediation, the focus shifts to documenting your agreements and preparing for what comes next.
Your Mediation Agreement
I will prepare a written agreement based on the decisions made during mediation. You review the document, request any changes, and sign once both parties approve the final version.
What Happens After You Sign
After signing, I will help you understand the next steps based on your specific situation, including whether attorneys, court proceedings, children, or shared property are involved.
Turning It Into a Court Order
In Minnesota and Wisconsin, mediators cannot draft court documents. If you reach a full agreement, I will explain the common options for submitting it to the court so your matter can be finalized.
